Punch Lists

The Punch Lists system is a web-based module that is closely related to TIDA. The Punch lists communicate construction errors between the contractors and the Client (or project manager) in a building project. Users of the Punch Lists are divided into two groups of users: client/PM and contractor

• As a client/PM, you can register new faults, keep track of all faults related to the various contracts in the project and monitor their status. Repairs can also be registered here upon completion.
• As a contractor, you can keep track of which faults are associated with your contract.For the varying faults that may arise, users are able to monitor their status, assign subcontractors / tradesmen and eventually communicate resolved faults back to the client/PM.
• Attach information such as unique ID, contract, rooms, subject / classification, description and photos to the faults
• Upload pictures and extract reports in Excel

This module is at the moment only available in Norwegian and Danish.
